Alexandre Pato insists he is “happy at Milan” and hopes Pippo Inzaghi’s old Number 9 jersey can bring him luck.
The Brazilian has inherited the shirt from Inzaghi, who retired to become a Coach in the youth academy.
“I am very happy with the Rossoneri. I hope that the Number 9 left to me by Inzaghi can bring me luck, as I want to score many goals.
“Nobody knows the future, but I can only say that I am very happy at Milan.”
The Duck is currently on international duty for Brazil at the London Olympics.
“Every game provides surprises, as Spain showed with their first round elimination,” said Pato.
“It is easy to play alongside Neymar, as he is a professional and a top player.”
