Roma midfielder Miralem Pjanic discussed his first year at the club and is targeting a Champions League spot.
Speaking to Roma Channel at the capital side’s pre-season training camp in Austria, last summer’s signing set a target for Zdenek Zeman’s men.
“It’s very important for me to do well and give my most during the season,” the Bosnian said.
“In my first year in Italy I did well, but I hope to do even better. Now we have a new Coach and we have to adapt ourselves to his calcio.
“We can do very well this season,” ventured Pjanic. “I think that we will be fighting for a top three position.”
Roma finished seventh in Serie A last term under former Coach Luis Enrique.
