Angelo Palombo is reportedly ready to terminate his contract with Sampdoria so he can join Torino, while the Granata also look at Michele Pazienza.
Italian international midfielder Palombo has returned from his loan spell at Inter because the Nerazzurri did not take up their option on the player.
Samp have made it clear he is not in their plans, although he turned down an offer from Rubin Kazan.
According to TMW, Sampdoria are prepared to terminate Palombo’s contract by mutual consent so he can choose his own destination.
Newly-promoted Torino are hoping to take advantage and snap up a free agent.
Torino are also thought to be tracking 30-year-old Juventus midfielder Pazienza, who could be loaned out to their city rivals.
