Giampaolo Pazzini has arrived at Milan's training ground to seal his transfer from city rivals Inter.
Pazzini and his former Sampdoria strike partner Antonio Cassano are at the centre of a controversial swap deal, with the Rossoneri set to hand €7m plus Cassano over to the Nerazzurri in exchange for Pazzo's services.
“I am very happy,” the 28-year-old stated upon his arrival at Milanello. “I knew all about it yesterday.
“Am I ready to take Filippo Inzaghi's place? We'll see.”
According to Sky Sport Italia Cassano's medical is the only remaining formality, with confirmation of the deal expected this evening.
