The Antonio Cassano and Giampaolo Pazzini swap deal has been completed, the two Milan clubs have confirmed.
Inter have released a brief note on their website which states that they have signed Cassano outright from city cousins Milan.
The Italian international, 30, has put pen to paper on a contract until June 2014.
Milan have simultaneously welcomed Pazzini to the red and black half of the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza. No other details were given.
It is understood that Milan handed over around €7m in cash to Inter as part of the swap deal for Pazzini.
Pazzini and Cassano, former colleagues at Sampdoria, are training with their new teammates today.
