Barcelona winger Ibrahim Afellay could be the latest player to join transfer active Inter, stories in Spain are suggesting.
The Mundo Deportivo is claiming that the Dutch winger is on the radar of the Nerazzurri who have wrapped up deals for Antonio Cassano from Milan and Napoli’s Walter Gargano this week.
European giants Barcelona are apparently looking to send Afellay on loan to another club for the 2012-13 campaign.
Inter, however, are not alone in their pursuit of the 26-year-old who the Nou Camp outfit signed from PSV in 2011.
Zenit St Petersburg confirmed their interest this week, while Borussia Dortmund, Arsenal, Schalke and Liverpool are also said to be keen.
