The Biancocelesti missed out on third place by a whisker last season and have reinforced with Ederson, defender Michael Ciani and the return of Mauro Zarate from a loan spell at Inter.
“We are competitive,” assured Tare in the Corriere dello Sport. “We can reach the Champions League this season.
“Are fans not happy with the transfer campaign? We did what we had to do. Our squad is complete and has everything to do well.
“With hard work, I think we can reach the upper echelons of Serie A.”
