Milan are reportedly lining up a €13m January offer for PSV Eindhoven midfielder Kevin Strootman.

The 22-year-old had already been linked with a Serie A switch in recent months, while he is also of interest to Valencia, Hamburg, Schalke 04 and Liverpool.

According to Dutch media, the Rossoneri have set aside €13m to create an all-Oranje midfield with summer signing Nigel De Jong.

His contract with PSV expires in June 2016 and there are rumours Milan are moving now to ensure his price-tag doesn’t soar too much in the next few months.
