Genoa President Enrico Preziosi is banned from attending stadiums for six months. “I get the feeling they’re against me.”

The patron received the six-month Daspo (a behavioural order usually handed to hooligans) banning him from entering any stadium or sporting event for six months.

It is an additional court punishment from the match-fixing case that saw Genoa demoted to Serie C1 in 2004-05, as his final appeal was rejected on Saturday.

“I cannot be in the stands for the game with Juventus” data-scaytid=”20″>Juventus, nor any other sporting event until November,” explained Preziosi on Sky Sport Italia.

“I have to acknowledge it and respect the law, as I always have done. I won’t disguise myself or hide away in a corner. I’ll stay home to watch on television, because I don’t want to risk breaking the law.

“I do consider it an exaggerated punishment. I get the feeling they’re against me. This isn’t about justice, but about common sense.”
