Sampdoria will look to stay in shape during the next international break by lining up a friendly with Monaco.

The port club, who have won all three of their Serie A games so far, will face the Ligue 2 outfit at Marassi on Saturday 13 October. Kick-off will be at 18.00 local time.

Monaco are bossed by a familiar face to Italian football fans as they hired former Roma, Inter and Juventus boss Claudio Ranieri in the summer.
