Palermo President Maurizio Zamparini has warned Abel Hernandez to not waste his footballing potential.
Zamparini is a big fan of the 22-year-old, but he believes the Uruguayan is not delivering the performances he should be.
“I’m disappointed by Hernandez,” the Stadio Barbera chief noted. “He needs to get into his head that he must live the life of an athlete.
“He needs to stop going to nightclubs and he needs to stop drinking beer, otherwise he won’t go very far down the road.”
Hernandez, who wears the No 11 shirt, has failed to score in 326 minutes of Serie A action so far this season.
He grabbed just six in 20 League matches last term.
