Walter Gargano says that Antonio Cassano is good for morale at Inter, while he’s told Alvaro Pereira to cut his hair.
“Cassano is such a crazy joker, he never shuts up,” the Uruguayan told Sky Sport Italia. “But it’s great to have someone like that in the team.”
The Italian moved to the Beneamata in the last week of the transfer window from city rivals Milan. He’s scored three League goals in five games since.
“I’m not surprised by how well he has done,” the summer signing from Napoli added. “I'd played against him before so I know how good he is.
“He still needs to reach his best form and he's said as much himself. The time will come when he can play every game. I hope he gets back to his best soon.”
Asked for an opinion on dodgy hair styles within the club, the midfielder pointed the finger at his international teammate.
“Pereira really does need a haircut, we all tell him so in the dressing room,” he smiled. “But if he's happy like that, good luck to him...”
