Chievo have lost four on the bounce, but director of sport Giovanni Sartori assures Coach “Mimmo Di Carlo is not up for debate.”
The Flying Donkeys began the season with a 2-0 victory over Bologna, but it has been all downhill from there.
“Is Di Carlo up for debate? Absolutely not. Mimmo has our total faith and we are going ahead with him.”
They visit struggling Palermo on Sunday afternoon. Click here for a match preview.
“It is a very delicate game for both teams and the table makes that very clear,” director of sport Sartori told Stadionews24.
“Fabrizio Miccoli is a fantastic player, like Josip Ilicic and Abel Hernandez, but I think we should fear the whole team rather than a few individuals, because Gian Piero Gasperini gets his sides to play in a very aggressive, attacking way.
“Palermo are a great squad and sooner or later their qualities will emerge.”
