Sampdoria sporting director Pasquale Sensibile has claimed that his side have every chance of beating Inter when the two meet on Wednesday.
The Bluerchiati have stumbled recently - losing their last three games - having started the season in spectacular fashion going unbeaten for the opening five fixtures.
But the 41-year-old administrator believes the team can get back on track against Andrea Stramaccioni's men.
“We analyzed Sunday's defeat to Cagliari with [Coach] Ciro Ferrara,” he told Sampdoria's official website. “He is a leader in the dressing room, and knows how to get the best out of the players.
“We will now go to San Siro, where some people believe it is impossible to get a result, and prove them wrong – the same way we did when we beat Milan [on the opening day of the campaign].”
