Santos Coach Muricy Ramalho has confirmed that the club are in on-going talks with Milan forward Robinho.
The 28-year-old has suffered frustrating season at San Siro, starting just one League game, and the Peixe boss has admitted that the Brazilian side are looking to re-sign the striker.
“We are continuing to talk with Robinho,” he told Brazilian reporters this afternoon. “It is not a good time for him, and that can only be good for us.
“He has not been given many opportunities by [Massimiliano] Allegri, so we're hopeful.”
A deal between the two clubs is likely to go on for some time, as the Rossoneri look to hold out for €15m whilst the Sao Paolo side have a limit of €10m to sign the player.
Robinho joined Milan from Manchester City for €18m and has played 91 games for the Diavolo, scoring 25 goals.
