Napoli’s Lorenzo Insigne has pulled out of today’s Italian Under-21 friendly against Spain because of an injury.
The youngster is struggling with a problem to his right ankle which will make his use later today impossible.
Insigne, who won his first full international cap earlier this season, will now undergo treatment in Naples in a bid to be fit for this weekend’s tie against Milan.
