Highly-rated Lecce youngster Filippo Falco would prefer a move to Roma, his agent has claimed today.

The 20-year-old has been scouted by a number of top Italian clubs, but his representative has admitted that Zdenek Zeman's side would be a perfect foil for his client.

The 20-year-old has been scouted by a number of top Italian clubs, but his representative has admitted that Zdenek Zeman's side would be a perfect foil for his client.

“I know Falco has been followed by many clubs,” Andrea Cattoli told g azzettagiallorossa.it. “Byt for these things you really should speak to the Lecce President [Savino Tesoro].

“I have not had any direct contact with Roma, but I think he would be perfect for their style of play.

“For the time being though, we will focus and Lecce and the League.”

He also commented on the young attacker’s qualities and his market value.

“Filippo has all the same characteristics as [Palermo forward] Fabrizio Miccoli. To sign him, you'd have to pay €2million for a co-ownership.”
