There are reports that the 2016 Champions League Final will be held at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milan.
Italian media are confident a deal has been struck with UEFA, though it will only be made official in March.
It would be the fourth time that this trophy is handed over at the Stadio Meazza, most commonly referred to as San Siro based on the area of the city.
It was played here in 1965 when Inter beat Benfica 1-0, 1970 with Feyenoord 2-1 Celtic and in 2001 was decided on penalties after Bayern Munich and Valencia drew 1-1.
The 2015 Champions League Final is set to be played in Berlin.
