Marek Hamsik is a doubt to feature for Napoli against Inter tomorrow evening, as he skipped training due to a flu virus.
The attacking midfielder did not take part in Friday’s training session, as he was suffering from flu symptoms.
It remains to be seen whether he can recover in time to start at San Siro on Sunday night in the big Serie A clash.
His physical condition will be evaluated later today, as it is possible he won’t even make the journey up to Milan.
There are particular concerns on using Hamsik because Milan is under snow this weekend with conditions expected to worsen into tomorrow.
There are even reports that Inter-Napoli could be at risk due to the snow, along with Siena-Catania, Torino-Milan and this afternoon’s Atalanta-Parma.
