The agent of Marco Verratti has categorically ruled out a January transfer for the Paris Saint-Germain playmaker.
After links with Juventus earlier this month, the youngster is now starting to be paired with San Siro giants Inter.
“There is no truth in it,” Donato Di Campli told Radio Kiss Kiss after suggestions of a possible swap deal with Wesley Sneijder. “It’s pure fantasy.
“Marco is happy in Paris, he’s highly rated and really wanted by the Coach and the club. I can assure you that there is nothing.
“There are a lot of rumours right now, but I haven’t been listening to them and I won’t be. Marco will be staying in Paris because he is at the centre of an important project.
“I can guarantee, 100 per cent, that Verratti will remain at the disposal of boss Carlo Ancelotti. I say that categorically.”
The Italian international moved to PSG in the summer after Pescara accepted a fee of about €12m for the 20-year-old.
