New Siena boss Giuseppe Iachini has claimed that he is the man to keep the Robur in Serie A.
The 48-year-old replaced Serse Cosmi at Stadio Artemio Franchi this afternoon after their 4-1 loss to Fiorentina on Sunday left them sitting bottom of the League.
But the former Brescia man believes his team have what it takes to escape from relegation.
“I am here because I believe in this group and the ability of the squad,” he told the club's official website.
“I want to thank the club for their confidence and I will repay them every day with my commitment to the team.
“There is great promise here. And with hard work and enthusiasm we can stay in Serie A.”
