Italy national team boss Cesare Prandelli has called for patience after two Serie A Coaches were fired this afternoon.
Siena replaced Serse Cosmi with Giuseppe Iachini and Sampdoria hired Delio Rossi after sacking Ciro Ferrara.
And the 55-year-old has admitted that he is sorry to see the former Azzurri Under-21 boss be relieved of his duties at the Bluerchiati.
“I feel very sorry for Ciro,” he told reporters. “He left the national team set-up receiving many compliments.
“And now he's been replaced. I thought that these bad habits might have gone, but no, it's now the law of football.
“We need to see patience in this game.”
