Dynamo Kiev will try to tempt Palermo into selling them Josip Ilicic next month, reports the Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Ukrainian outfit are said to be willing to offer the Italian club €8m, plus the contract of Argentine striker Marco Ruben in return.
However, it remains to be seen whether the Rosanero would sell given their precarious League position.
Palermo are fighting for survival and the attacking midfielder has contributed four goals in 16 League appearances for the club so far this term.
Ilicic joined the Stadio Barbera outfit in August 2010 from Maribor.
