Cagliari’s next home game against Genoa on January 13 will be played at the Is Arenas after new security upgrades.
The stadium was constructed over the summer and has had numerous problems, failing several security checks and seeing games moved or even called off.
Their most recent match against Juventus was switched to the Stadio Tardini in Parma at extremely short notice, as the all-clear from the council came after it had already been moved.
Cagliari released a statement today confirming that the game with Genoa will be played on January 13 at the Is Arenas.
