Lazio’s Tommaso Rocchi is hoping to end his career in style with a January move to Italian giants Inter.
“The call from Inter has arrived at the right moment for him to finish his playing days in the right manner,” agent Oscar Damiani stated.
“There are a few things still to sort out and hopefully they will be resolved during the day ahead. Then he’ll have his medical and he’ll put pen to paper on his contract.
“It will be hard to leave Lazio after 10 years and over 100 goals, but there isn’t much room for him at Lazio right now and he’s certain that he can still give a lot.
“He’ll put himself at the total disposal of Inter boss Andrea Stramaccioni.”
The 35-year-old has only made three Serie A appearances for the Biancocelesti this season.
