There may be reports of negotiations with Juventus today, but Genoa insist “we don’t know how else to put this: Ciro Immobile is not on the market.”
The striker has been named as an option for the January transfer window by the Bianconeri, who already own 50 per cent of his contract.
It was reported today that Juve had begun talks to tempt Genoa into releasing the Under-21 international early.
“We don’t know how else to put this: Ciro Immobile is not on the market,” director of sport Rino Foschi declared.
“Nobody has ever talked about selling him. Immobile will remain a Genoa player.”
