New Roma defender Vasilios Torosidis has been likened to marauding Juventus full-back Stephan Lichtsteiner.
The Greek international joined the Giallorossi this week from Olympiacos and he has a big fan in Bruno Cirillo.
“He’s done well over the last few years,” the former defender, who has a playing past in Greek football with AEK Athens and PAOK, told TMW.
“He’s a regular for the national side. I think that Roma have made a great decision in signing him, even if the Italian championship is different.
“He’s a player who pushes forward a lot and he has legs. He can play on either flank and get to the touchline to cross.
“He’s similar to Lichtsteiner.”
