The Manchester City striker is set for a January move after Roberto Mancini and the club ran out of patience with his antics.

It is widely reported that the Rossoneri have offered €20m for the striker, to be spread over six instalments.

“Is Balotelli arriving? It’s the club that works on the transfer market, not me,” said Tassotti on Sky Sport Italia.

“Having said that, I’m sure Balotelli would have no problem settling in at Milan. He is a very strong player, that is beyond doubt.

“He’s still very young despite the fact he has been playing at this level for a long time. He had a fantastic Euro 2012 and we are talking about a champion.”

It is claimed agent Mino Raiola has flown to Manchester in order to present the €20m proposal.
