Fiorentina’s Emiliano Viviano will not be involved in any transfer day move, his agent has insisted.
The goalkeeper has been linked with a switch away from his beloved Viola after recently losing the first team gloves.
There have been reports that he could return to former club Bologna in a swap deal involving Federico Agliardi, but that suggestion has been dismissed.
“I can confirm that Viviano will not leave Fiorentina,” representative Claudio Vigorelli told Sport Italia. “The goalkeeper will continue to wear the Viola shirt until the end of the season.”
The Italian international arrived in Tuscany on loan from Palermo in the summer.
