The Corriere dello Sport is today suggesting that new Roma boss Aurelio Andreazzoli will use Miralem Pjanic as a Trequartista in a 4-3-1-2 system.
Andreazzoli was handed control of the side last week after Zdenek Zeman was dismissed following the home loss to Cagliari.
Andreazzoli will dispose of Zeman’s 4-3-3, as well as making some changes to which personnel he uses in the starting XI.
The tactician is being tipped to restore goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg to the side, while Daniele De Rossi will be used as a central midfielder in front of the defence.
Pjanic, meanwhile, will be asked to create behind a front-two of Pablo Daniel Osvaldo and Francesco Totti.
Erik Lamela, 10 goals in 18 League games, will apparently be dropped to the bench in order to give the side more balance.
The capital outfit will face Sampdoria in Genoa on Sunday afternoon.
