Roma chief executive Italo Zanzi has conceded that it has been 'an interesting month' at the club.
The board member, who was appointed just before Christmas, has claimed that it was difficult to sack Zdenek Zeman, but they were left with no choice after recent results.
“It's been an interesting month,” he told reporters. “Results have been disappointing, so it was difficult to come into the club at that particular time.
“I understand the fans, nobody likes to lose – our goal is to win every game.
“But we are all confident about the future and united as a team.”
