Inter and Napoli target Leandro Damiao has admitted that he wants to leave Brazil and play in Europe.

The 23-year-old striker has been linked with a move to Serie A, as well as Premier League club Tottenham.

And the Internacional forward has conceded that he will have to leave his homeland at some point.

“I have a very long contract here,” he told Lancenet. “I am tied to the club and I feel good in Brazil.

“But I dream of playing in Europe – it is the best stage for a footballer.

“I'd like to show off on another continent.”
