Cagliari’s game with Torino will be played at the Is Arenas this weekend, but behind closed doors.
The stadium has been beset by problems and requires a new safety certificate for every single game, which prompted legal challenges for the last outing with Milan.
President Massimo Cellino is currently in prison and under arrest accused of fraud in the construction of the stadium.
There are reports it could even be torn down as an illegal structure, so getting a certificate for this weekend could be extremely difficult.
Seeing the situation, Cagliari have agreed with the Lega Serie A to play the game against Torino at the Is Arenas behind closed doors.
