Gigi De Canio isn’t surprised by Milan’s interest in Genoa’s Andrea Bertolacci. “He’s destined for a big club.”
The 22-year-old midfielder is liked by the Diavolo and a move at the end of the season could be on for the ex-Roma youngster.
“Bertolacci is a boy who has always been mature as a man and a player,” De Canio, who bossed him at Lecce and Genoa, told TMW on Thursday.
“I don’t think he would have any problems if he did join a big club. If that doesn’t happen now, it will at some point.”
