Erik Lamela has insisted it is still possible for Roma to get into the top three and compete in next season's Champions League.
The Giallorossi are currently eighth in Serie A, seven points off of Lazio in third – but the Argentine forward is still confident that they can produce a late surge for that last spot in Europe's premier club competition.
“We are a good team,” he told Corriere dello Sport. “We have to continue on the path we're on at the moment.
“Getting into the Champions League is still a possibility, but it all depends on the results of others.
“In fact, a lot depends on other teams. But we can only focus on ourselves.”
