The representative of Genoa defender Luca Antonelli insists it is premature to be discussing his client’s future.
The left-sided player has been paired with a possible summer move to Roma, but Fabio Parisi has told the Gazzetta Giallorossa that a transfer is the last thing on his mind.
“We’re only in February,” Parisi noted. “You don’t discuss these kind of things before June at the earliest.
“It’s useless talking about a transfer at this point in time. Luca’s desire is to play for Genoa and finish the season well for the Grifone.”
On links with the capital club, Parisi said: “Roma would be a welcome destination, but I honestly don’t know anything about this rumour.”
The 26-year-old former Parma player, twice capped by Italy, has appeared in 22 League games for the Rossoblu this term.
