Giampaolo Pazzini is out, but Philippe Mexes and Kevin-Prince Boateng can travel to Barcelona with Milan.
The club released a statement today confirming Pazzini had suffered a micro-fracture to the head of the fibula in his right leg, an injury he sustained during Friday’s 2-0 win over Genoa.
There were also fears over the fitness levels of Boateng and Mexes, but they are both included in the squad travelling to Spain.
As Mario Balotelli is cup-tied, either M’Baye Niang or Robinho are expected to start in attack with Stephan El Shaarawy.
Milan won the first leg 2-0 and face Barcelona in the Champions League Round of 16 decider at Camp Nou on Tuesday evening.
Milan squad for Barcelona: Abbiati, Amelia, Gabriel, Abate, Antonini, Bonera, De Sciglio, Mexes, Yepes, Zapata, Ambrosini, Boateng, Constant, Flamini, Montolivo, Muntari, Nocerino, Traoré, Bojan, El Shaarawy, Niang, Robinho
