Atalanta director general Pierpaolo Marino has underlined the club’s desire to hold on to Giacomo Bonaventura.
The midfielder is being paired with a variety of clubs, including Juventus, after a fine season in Bergamo so far.
“Bonaventura is a really strong player, but he can still improve,” Marino noted. “We’ll try to keep him for one more season.”
The 23-year-old, a product of the club’s youth system, has scored six goals in 26 League games so far the Nerazzurri.
