Ibra too expensive for Italy return

The agent of Zlatan Ibrahimovic doubts that the Paris Saint-Germain man could return to Serie A.

Ibra has played for Juventus, Inter and Milan in Italy and there are suggestions that the Old Lady are keen on re-signing him.

“Italian clubs at the moment are looking for players with low wages,” Mino Raiola told Radio Kiss Kiss on Thursday.

“As a result, it would be hard to see great players like Ibrahimovic arrive – even if you can never say never in football.”

The Swedish international moved to Ligue 1 in the summer after Milan accepted a bid for him and teammate Thiago Silva.

“Ibra is happy at PSG,” Raiola added. “Things are improving in Italy though. The average age of the teams is decreasing and there are interesting youngsters such as Mauro Icardi at Sampdoria.”
