Atalanta midfielder Davide Biondini has admitted that a win against Sampdoria on Saturday would be key to survival.
La Dea are currently 16th in the table, eight points above the drop zone. But the 30-year-old has claimed that three points would be a confidence boost going into the home straight of the season.
“Against Sampdoria we have to try and do well,” he told a Press conference. “A win would see us leap quite a bit up the table.
“It would also allow us to feel more confident in our fight for survival.
“We are working very well and we have to continue to do so. Personally, I fell well and I hope to contribute to the team.”
