Alexis Sanchez has responded to links with Juventus and Inter by insisting he’s happy at Barcelona.
The Chilean international is on the radar of both Serie A giants given his difficulties in his second season at the Camp Nou.
“I’m very happy at Barcelona,” the former Udinese player stated. “I feel important for my club and for my country.
“I know what type of player I am, I know that I am a great player, I know that I can win games. I remain one of the best in the world even if I don’t score.”
The forward moved to Spain at a cost of almost €40m, but he has struggled for goals with the club in 2012-13.
He has only netted two in 20 La Liga matches and one in six Champions League ties.
