Galatasaray’s Felipe Melo continues to follow the fortunes of Italian giants Juventus. “I support them from afar.”
The Brazilian, who is still on the Old Lady’s books, joined the Turin giants in 2009 from Fiorentina for around €25m.
However, he moved to his present Turkish club on loan two years later following the arrival of boss Antonio Conte.
“He’s one of the best Coaches in Europe,” the 29-year-old stated after Wednesday’s 3-0 Champions League loss at Real Madrid.
“Juventus are too strong for everyone else in Italy, the championship is already theirs and I’m happy for them.
“I’m a Juve fan and I support them from afar.
Juventus also lost in their Champions League quarter-final first leg, but Melo insists they are still competitive, as competitive as bwin football odds.
“Despite their loss against Bayern Munich this week, La Vecchia Signora remain a great side.”
