Ezequiel Schelotto says he wants to stay at Inter for as long as possible after completing his dream move from Atalanta.
The Argentine-born Italian international will come up against his former teammates this weekend, but he has no regrets about his January switch.
“I always gave everything I had for the Nerazzurri shirt of Atalanta,” the 23-year-old told Bergamo News. “I’m convinced of that.
“We had a great season at Atalanta last year, but, at the same time, I always maintained that my dream was to wear the Inter shirt – even when I was at Cesena and Catania.
“I have now completed that dream. I’ve found an excellent atmosphere here and great teammates who have welcomed me.
“Now my aim is to remain for as long as I can.”
Schelotto has scored one goal in seven games for his new club. That strike came in the derby against Milan.
