Francesco Lodi is out of Sunday’s game with Cagliari after the Catania midfielder underwent surgery on his hand.
The key player went under the knife at the Villa Stuart clinic in Rome today, as he tore a tendon in his right hand during training on Wednesday.
It is not clear when Lodi will be back in action, but he is out of the Sunday afternoon Serie A match with Cagliari.
