Antonio Candreva admits Lazio feel “anger and regret” at the first leg result to Fenerbahce, but have faith they can reach the Europa League semi-final.

The Aquile were beaten 2-0 in Turkey by late goals – including a controversial penalty – after Eddy Onazi was sent off.

“We played very well there, despite certain incidents and the fiery atmosphere. We believe in our chances of qualification and it is up to us to face this match in the best way possible,” said Candreva in his Press conference.

“There is anger and regret over the first leg, because we could’ve been dealing with a much better result right now.

“We are aware of our strength and believe in qualification. I haven’t scored in a long time, so I hope to break that drought tomorrow night.”
