The Colombian, still just 20, is viewed as a star of the future and he will leave his current club once the campaign comes to a conclusion.
“There is a very good chance that he will move abroad,” representative Riccardo Calleri told TMW on Wednesday.
“We’ll see if an offer arrives that suits him and his club.
“A switch to another Italian side? He’s a player with an important value, so he could only join a team of a certain level.
“Only the top three in Italy could take him.”
The midfield playmaker, who has admirers in Spain and England, has been paired with both Milan sides this term.
