Nigel De Jong returned to light training with Milan on Friday four months after snapping his Achilles tendon.
The summer signing from Manchester United picked up the injury in the 22nd minute of the 4-2 win at Torino back in December.
The Dutchman took part in a running session at Milanello this morning, but he isn’t expected to return to competitive action this season.
Riccardo Montolivo and Kevin Prince Boateng trained normally after they missed yesterday’s friendly game, as did Ignazio Abate.
All three should be available for selection when the Diavolo take on Juventus in Turin on Sunday.
