“It is going to be an important game and a great stage for us to play on against the Coppa Italia Finalists,” said their third Coach of the campaign.
“This is why we will try to interpret the match the same way we did in Turin against Juventus, trying to offer a good performance and pick up points.
“It would be irritating for me to end the season without getting any points at all. This is why we will try really hard to bring something home in the remaining weeks.”
Pescara are on a run of eight consecutive defeats, a club record, though they have showed more fight recently with a 2-1 loss to Juventus and 3-2 against Siena.
“The only time we were truly bad was against Parma, as in the other games we deserved a little more,” argued Bucchi.
“We must start again from the second half performance against Siena.”
Pescara make this visit to the Olimpico without the injured Juan Fernando Quintero, Mattia Perin, Vladimir Weiss, Luciano Zauri, Gaetano D’Agostino, Antonio Bocchetti and Per Kroldrup, while Giuseppe Sculli is suspended.
