Napoli have become the latest Italian club to be paired with a move for Sevilla striker Alvaro Negredo.
Fiorentina were this week said to be interested in the 27-year-old who could be sold by his club for financial reasons in the summer.
The forward is also understood be have caught the attention of Premiership sides Newcastle, Swansea and Tottenham this term.
Negredo, formerly of Rayo Vallecano, Real Madrid and Almeria, is a Spanish international.
