On-loan Pescara ‘keeper Mattia Perin has spoken of his desire to play in goal for parent club Genoa next season.
The 20-year-old is being linked with a variety of outfits given how highly he is rated, but he’s ready to return to Marassi this summer.
“I renewed my contract with Genoa until 2017,” he told Il Secolo XIX. “That is a clear sign that we want to stay together.”
The Under-21 international, 25 Serie A appearances during this campaign, will face the Grifoni in Serie A this weekend.
Perin has been paired with the likes of Milan and Juventus in Italy, as well as a number of top foreign sides.
